Negative self-talk is a mountain we must conquer to see our abs. It's the voice in our heads that whispers, "You can't do this," or "You'll never be good enough." But just as we must climb over boulders and traverse steep inclines to reach the summit, we must also overcome these self-imposed obstacles to reach our goals.

Self-discipline and perseverance are the tools that helped me conquer these challenges. Self-discipline gave me the power to say no to processed foods and choose healthier alternatives. Perseverance kept me moving forward, even when progress seemed slow.
